Pet Readings Explained

Pet readings are one of the most requested and most emotionally significant services Raphaël offers. The bond between a person and their animal companion is one of the most unconditional forms of love, and the grief of losing an animal can be just as profound as the loss of a human loved one.

Readings for Living Animals

If your animal companion is living, a pet reading can offer insight into their emotional state, physical experience, and the nature of the bond between you. Clients have found this particularly helpful when their animal is unwell, anxious, or behaving in ways that seem unusual or distressing. Raphaël receives impressions, images, and feelings from the animal — not spoken words, but clear intuitive communication that can offer meaningful reassurance or guidance.

Readings for Animals Who Have Passed

The consciousness of an animal who has passed can be as present and as communicative as that of a person. Raphaël can connect with the spirit of a beloved pet and bring forward evidence of their continued presence — a favourite toy, a habitual behaviour, a specific memory you shared — as well as messages of love and reassurance.

Preparing for a Pet Reading

For a living animal, you may share a brief description of their temperament and any specific concerns you have. For an animal who has passed, holding a photograph or a cherished memory in mind can help open the connection. There is no need to bring physical photographs to a distance session.

What Many Clients Experience

The most common response after a pet reading is a profound sense of peace. Whether the animal is living or has passed, knowing that the connection remains — that they are felt, understood, and loved — is deeply healing.
