Mediumship and Psychic Readings

Mediumship focuses on communication with loved ones who have passed away. Psychic readings explore your present circumstances, relationships, career and possible paths ahead.

How I Experience Spirit Communication

During a mediumship session, I receive impressions through images in my mind, words, feelings and symbols. These may arrive briefly and unexpectedly, rather than as an ordinary conversation or a physical presence in the room.

My role is to interpret those impressions and share them with you. A detail may relate to a personality, a memory or something meaningful in your relationship with a loved one who has passed away. Sometimes its significance is clearer to you than it is to me.

I approach this work with compassion, discretion and care. Interpretation is a human process, and no particular connection or message can be guaranteed.

Brera occupies a rare position among Milan's neighbourhoods — it carries the weight of centuries of artistic life without ever becoming a museum piece. The cobblestone lanes that wind around the Pinacoteca di Brera, one of Italy's most important art galleries, are lined with independent bookshops, atelier studios, intimate restaurants and the kind of small luxury that reveals itself only to those who know where to look. The quarter has long attracted a particular kind of resident: architects, designers, art directors, publishers, curators and the creative directors of international houses who require a base that reflects their own values — authentic, deeply cultured, resistant to the merely fashionable. These are people of serious intellectual and creative formation who approach every decision, including those concerning the inner life, with genuine discernment. Raphaël The Worlds Medium has served clients of this formation throughout his career. His practice is grounded in honesty, depth and a commitment to genuine insight — qualities that resonate deeply with those accustomed to thinking critically and demanding more than surface answers. His consultations are available worldwide by secure video and telephone, with no compromise in quality regardless of where the client is located.

Brera's creative community operates across time zones and disciplines, and the most perceptive of its residents have long understood that the most meaningful guidance does not require a physical appointment. Raphaël's consultations take place by secure video or telephone, structured to accommodate the particular rhythms of creative and professional life. Whether you are in the studio, between projects or travelling for an exhibition, a consultation can be arranged at a time that works for your schedule. The session requires only a quiet moment and a clear connection — and the quality of what Raphaël offers has been confirmed by clients across four continents who connect remotely as a matter of course.

Raphaël The Worlds Medium has maintained an international practice for more than two decades, with a particular depth of experience serving clients from the creative industries, the arts world, publishing and the cultural sector. His understanding of the questions that matter most to thoughtful, perceptive people — questions of purpose, direction, relationships and legacy — is grounded in genuine engagement over many years. His career has taken him through the cultural capitals of Europe, and his familiarity with the particular sensibility of Milan's creative milieu is reflected in the quality of guidance he provides. Travel to Milan for private engagements may be considered by personal arrangement.

The neighbourhood takes its name from the Palazzo di Brera, a seventeenth-century Jesuit college that was transformed by Napoleon into a cultural complex housing the Pinacoteca, the Biblioteca Nazionale Braidense, the Accademia di Belle Arti and the Astronomical Observatory. This concentration of intellectual and artistic institutions shaped the character of the surrounding streets, which have been home to artists, writers and thinkers for centuries. Today, Brera retains that quality of serious cultural engagement alongside a contemporary luxury that has developed organically rather than being imposed by external developers. The residents who choose to live here do so because they belong here — because the neighbourhood reflects something essential about who they are and how they choose to live. It is precisely this kind of resident whom Raphaël's work serves most naturally.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between mediumship and a psychic reading?

Mediumship sessions focus on communication with loved ones who have passed away. Psychic readings focus on your present circumstances, relationships, life direction and possible paths ahead. Let Raphaël know which focus matters to you.

Can I have a private consultation online?

Yes. Connect by an agreed video or telephone method from a quiet, private setting. These pages describe online consultations for clients in each destination, not a local office. Agree your appointment date, local time and connection method before the session.

Which languages are available?

Raphaël offers consultations in English, French and Spanish. Choose the language in which you feel most comfortable expressing yourself.

What should I prepare?

Choose a quiet setting and a reliable connection. You may bring questions or a focus for your session. After booking, follow the consultation questionnaire and preparation instructions provided.

Can a particular loved one or message be guaranteed?

No. A mediumship session cannot guarantee communication with a particular person, a specific message or a particular emotional outcome. Raphaël shares and interprets the impressions he receives with care.

Are private sessions and group readings the same?

No. A private consultation reserves one-to-one time with Raphaël. Group readings are separate ticketed events, with their own dates and prices when announced. An event ticket does not reserve a private consultation or guarantee an individual reading.
