Mediumship and Psychic Readings

Mediumship focuses on communication with loved ones who have passed away. Psychic readings explore your present circumstances, relationships, career and possible paths ahead.

How I Experience Spirit Communication

During a mediumship session, I receive impressions through images in my mind, words, feelings and symbols. These may arrive briefly and unexpectedly, rather than as an ordinary conversation or a physical presence in the room.

My role is to interpret those impressions and share them with you. A detail may relate to a personality, a memory or something meaningful in your relationship with a loved one who has passed away. Sometimes its significance is clearer to you than it is to me.

I approach this work with compassion, discretion and care. Interpretation is a human process, and no particular connection or message can be guaranteed.

Zurich is a city that operates at the highest pitch of contemporary European life. As the headquarters of some of the world's most significant financial institutions — UBS, Credit Suisse's successor entities, Julius Baer, Vontobel — and as the commercial and cultural capital of German-speaking Switzerland, it concentrates within its relatively modest urban footprint an extraordinary density of professional talent, private wealth and intellectual energy. The Bahnhofstrasse, running from the central station to the lake, is among the world's most commercially valuable streets; the galleries and museums of the Kunsthaus and the Foundation collections represent a cultural ambition that cities many times Zurich's size cannot match. The professionals who constitute Zurich's inner community bring to everything they engage with the same qualities that have made the city globally significant: precision, rigour, an informed scepticism and a willingness to commit fully to what they have determined to be genuinely worthwhile. These are the qualities that Raphaël's consultations are precisely calibrated to engage — and to reward with something that no other advisor in the city can offer.

Zurich's business community manages global operations from a compact city whose professional geography is unusually legible. The private offices, banking floors and executive suites that populate the district from Paradeplatz to the lakefront are environments of intense professional concentration — not places where a private appointment of a different kind can be managed without a certain visibility. A consultation by secure video, conducted from the private office, the home, or a hotel suite, offers the quality of engagement Raphaël provides with none of the exposure that an in-person appointment in the city would entail. Many of Raphaël's Zurich clients connect from their homes in the residential districts of the Zürichberg, the Enge or the lake-facing apartments of the Seefeld — environments of private order and considerable beauty that provide ideal conditions for the particular kind of presence a consultation requires.

The world of international finance and private banking from which Zurich's community is largely drawn is one that Raphaël has engaged with throughout his career — across Geneva, London, New York and the private addresses in between. His private client base includes individuals from the investment banking, private equity, family office and asset management worlds, as well as from the creative and entrepreneurial industries that have been drawn to Zurich's combination of quality infrastructure and cultural sophistication. His understanding of the particular pressures of a life conducted at the level of Zurich's most accomplished professionals — the weight of institutional responsibility, the complexity of maintaining exceptional professional performance alongside a private life of genuine depth — is both direct and sustained. He brings that understanding to every Zurich consultation as a foundation rather than a background.

Zurich's position at the northern end of Lake Zurich, where the Limmat river flows out of the lake and through the old town before joining the Glatt and eventually the Rhine, gives the city a relationship with water that softens the edges of what might otherwise feel like a relentlessly productive urban environment. The old town — the Altstadt on both banks of the Limmat, with its medieval guild houses, its twin towers of the Grossmünster cathedral and the elegant Fraumünster — provides a historical context of considerable depth and dignity for a city that has no intention of being merely historical. The contemporary Zurich of the twenty-first century has added to this historical foundation a restaurant culture of genuine distinction, a gallery and museum infrastructure that punches far above its weight internationally, a technology and creative industry that has attracted some of Europe's most ambitious companies, and a residential quality of life that consistently places the city at or near the top of global liveability rankings. The combination produces a city that is, in the fullest sense, one of Europe's most civilised places to live — and one whose most discerning residents expect that standard to be applied to every dimension of their engagement with the world.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between mediumship and a psychic reading?

Mediumship sessions focus on communication with loved ones who have passed away. Psychic readings focus on your present circumstances, relationships, life direction and possible paths ahead. Let Raphaël know which focus matters to you.

Can I have a private consultation online?

Yes. Connect by an agreed video or telephone method from a quiet, private setting. These pages describe online consultations for clients in each destination, not a local office. Agree your appointment date, local time and connection method before the session.

Which languages are available?

Raphaël offers consultations in English, French and Spanish. Choose the language in which you feel most comfortable expressing yourself.

What should I prepare?

Choose a quiet setting and a reliable connection. You may bring questions or a focus for your session. After booking, follow the consultation questionnaire and preparation instructions provided.

Can a particular loved one or message be guaranteed?

No. A mediumship session cannot guarantee communication with a particular person, a specific message or a particular emotional outcome. Raphaël shares and interprets the impressions he receives with care.

Are private sessions and group readings the same?

No. A private consultation reserves one-to-one time with Raphaël. Group readings are separate ticketed events, with their own dates and prices when announced. An event ticket does not reserve a private consultation or guarantee an individual reading.
